Oregano | Tonic TeaTONIC TEA RECIPETonic Teas made with Oregano help fight colds, headaches, and irritability. I used to sneak oregano into my kids’ tea when they were sick. Honey is good for throats and lemon has vitamin C. Ginger helps nausea. Go to taste on amounts. ¾ teaspoon fresh minced oregano or 1 teaspoon marjoram Steep leaves and ginger in boiling water for several minutes. Strain and add lemon and honey. Oregano makes a healthy tea.
