PARSLEY AND CALENDULA SOAK FOR THE BATH

Stressed? Tired? Try this relaxing bath. Calendula (called pot marigold) and parsley are great skin herbs.

If you don’t have calendula, just use parsley.

Or toss in some lavender, thyme, rosemary, rose geranium, lemon balm, eucalyptus or mint.

Cut the toe out of a nylon stocking, use a large tea ball, piece of muslin, etc. Put a handful of parsley sprigs and calendula flowers in and hang from faucet.

Let hot water run over herbs as you fill the tub.

Parsley tea is a healthy and refreshing drink.
